In order to implement the "Identification Measures for Students with Financial Difficulties in the Family of Zibo City", to do a good job in the management of student funding in our school, and to standardize the assessment and distribution of living allowances for students with financial difficulties in the family, this method is hereby formulated.

First   In accordance with the principles of fairness, impartiality, and openness, we strictly follow the procedures and do not hesitate to private affairs; students speak honestly and declare truthfully; class assessment must have the participation of the members of the assessment team. If it is found that the procedures are not followed, the fraud is disqualified, the funding eligibility is cancelled, and the funding is withdrawn. If a student falsely reports his family situation, in addition to withdrawing the subsidy, the school will openly criticize education.

Article 2   Targets and grants. The distribution target is the students who live in the school, the students and their families can raise funds, students who are difficult to pay for the basic costs of study and living during the school. In principle, according to the number of students in each grade, the number of non-boarders, the number of aided students is allocated in proportion to the grade. The grades are uniformly coordinated in the class. The number of students who report to the school at the end of the grade must not be less than the number allocated by the school. Article 3 Standards of subsidy: The subsidy standard for boarding students with financial difficulties is 1350 yuan per year per junior high school student, and 675 yuan per year per year for non-boarder students.

Article 4   The basic conditions that must be met to apply for the identification of students with financial difficulties.

(2) Being of good character, consciously abiding by the rules and regulations of the school, being honest and trustworthy, being united and friendly;

Article 5 A student or a school that can prove one of the following acts cannot be identified as a student with a family financial difficulty.

(1) owning or using high-end communication tools;

(2) purchasing luxury goods such as high-end entertainment appliances, high-end fashion or high-end cosmetics;

(3) Having bad habits such as smoking and drinking;

(4) Renting a house outside the school or frequently entering or leaving a business Internet cafe;

(5) Those who conceal the actual situation of the family economy.

Article 6   Subsistence allowances for homestay families with financial difficulties are applied and reviewed by the school year, and are paid by the semester. The Office of Political Affairs and Education allocates boarding places for families in financial difficulties to each grade according to the places allocated by higher authorities and the actual situation of students. Students with family difficulties should apply to the school according to the policy and within the prescribed time, and the school will report the application status of the students with financial difficulties to the county education bureau funding center.
Article 7   For applicants with financially difficult accommodation, the school will conduct field surveys of the families of the students who have applied for them, and verify the grades one by one. The students who apply for financial aid will be discussed and reported to grades by the class review team.

Article 8: Measures for the payment of allowances for families with financial difficulties. The family subsidy for students with financial difficulties applies the principle of "uniform management, bank issuing, direct arrival and full payment on time". The school uniformly handles and issues bank savings cards for aided students, and the subsidy funds are unified to the student accounts by the county education bureau. If the bank savings card is lost or damaged, go to the business outlet of the issuing bank to handle the card replacement procedure in accordance with bank regulations.
