Because I like it, I love it. In nearly 21 years of teaching career, I have never been absent from a day as a class teacher. Although the head teacher's work is very complex and the task is arduous, I try my best to free my heart from the busy business pile, keep a clear head at all times, awaken the mind of the students, and be a happy head teacher with heart.

First, give students a sunny day and be a smart and loving class teacher

Education without love and emotion is pale and weak. To love a child, we must think for the life of the child; to love a child, we must lay the foundation for the life of the child. Every child is a unique angel in this world. After coming to reality, we have a total of 35 children in my class. I always remember the phrase "teach my child for five years and think about my child's life", and continue to spur myself.

、抓好入学教育,培养学生良好的习惯。 1. Do a good job of enrollment education and cultivate students' good habits.

It is difficult for first-year students to keep their full attention in one class, and children who can always listen carefully are even rarer. Children are active and have poor self-control skills. Our teachers in the elementary school always take care of each lesson to organize teaching in various ways. Thanks to the joint efforts of all teachers, most of the children have developed good listening habits this semester.

As a class teacher, I strive to achieve "three times"-"foot, mouth, eye." It plays a great role in promoting the formation of good habits for students.

、及时组建优良的班委会,实现自主管理。 2. Establish excellent class committees in time to realize independent management.

The train ran fast, and all came by. A group of good class cadres, they can use their own examples to drive and inspire the whole class of students to form an excellent class style. I select those students who have excellent academic performance, strong sense of collective honour, and are serious and responsible in their work.

While striving to standardize the management of the class, actively create a democratic atmosphere in the class and cultivate students' self-management capabilities. Let the students do the easy things as much as possible. The class teacher who the class cadres can do well does not intervene; the class officials who the student can do well does not intervene. The on-duty shift leader system is implemented. The on-duty shift leader is two or three persons a day, and rotates every three weeks. Each child is a monitor for at least six days a semester, which greatly cultivates their sense of responsibility and improves their self-confidence and management ability.

、用心关爱每一个孩子 3. Care for every child with heart

Love is silent language. It is the most effective way for teachers to communicate students' thoughts and feelings. To manage the class well, we must care and understand each student. In class management, I have a "strict" love for top students, a "broad" love for middle school students, and a "preference" for students with learning difficulties. Because they need the care of the teacher even more.

In the first week of school last year, I conducted a preschool literacy survey of all children with the assistance of parents. The average literacy of the whole class is nearly 500, and the most children can read more than 2,000. One child's literacy is only a single digit—four, plus his name, the literacy is seven. As a class teacher, I can only ignite the spark of his hope with more love. Communicate often with parents, pay more attention in class, and often counsel and talk after class. He made a little progress and immediately gave him a thumbs up, often gave him a hug, and encouraged him with sweets or cookies. He has been improving and often surprises me. He has nearly 800 literacy and accumulated nearly 700 idioms. Seeing my child's progress, as a teacher, my heart is sweet and happy.

、加强与本班科任教师的协作与沟通 4. Strengthen collaboration and communication with teachers in this class

The more the merrier. The head teacher must strive for teachers and parents in this class to have consistent requirements and attitudes towards students, and to exchange views with them from time to time. I set up a QQ group of class teachers. I often communicate with the subject teachers about the ideological situation and learning situation of the students, and ask them for opinions and suggestions on class management, and then educate the students. Teachers, teachers and students cooperate with each other, the relationship is harmonious, and the teaching is good.

努力提高自身素养 5. Strive to improve your literacy

A person's reading history is his mental development history. The easiest way to improve yourself is to read. Since August last year, in addition to reading some children's books and literary books, most of the other books read are related to the work of class teachers and language teaching. When the head teacher encounters difficulties, I always read Mr. Wei Shusheng's "Talk about the work of the head teacher", Mr. Guan Jiangang's "First Line with Class", "First Line Praise Studies", and Mr. Li Zhenxi's "Be the Best Teacher" "Being the best class teacher", "Where does education wisdom come from" teacher Wang Xiaochun, "Being a smart class teacher" by Zheng Liping, etc., have been inspired and benefited a lot from them. The problem was properly resolved.

Two, give parents a sun—home and school work together to educate people in harmony

、开好每一次家长会,达成教育共识 1. Hold every parent meeting and reach an educational consensus

Since last semester, our Primary School has held six parent meetings with full participation. At the parent meeting, we talked about teaching philosophy, teaching methods, habit formation, student situation, class activities, etc., to fully motivate parents and cooperate with school education.

、充分发挥家委会作用 2. Give full play to the role of the family committee

Since the two classes set up a family committee, Teacher Ma Lina and I have fully tapped and brought into play the driving role of the family committee. Driven by the Family Committee, parents always think about what the teacher thinks and the students, and have made due contributions to the management of the class, helping the primary school work to be carried out vigorously.

Class management is very diverse and work methods vary widely. In the future, I will learn to explore and summarize more effective methods and experiences, and work hard and intelligently to bring the level of class management to a new level.
