New School Teachers Demonstration Class Held in Our School

11 11 - 15 日,学校举行了新入职教师展示课活动,学校领导、各学科主任及相关教师参与听课,并在课后进行了评课指导。 In order to improve the professional level of newly recruited teachers as soon as possible, from November 11th to 15th , the school held a demonstration course for newly recruited teachers. School leaders, directors of various disciplines and related teachers participated in the lectures, and gave instruction after the lessons.

2019 年新入职的 7 位青年教师汇报展示, 7 位教师课前认真钻研教材,精心备课,从课题的选择、教学环节的安排,以及教学方法的灵活使用等方面做了充分的准备,并以师徒结对的方式多次磨课,掌控课堂张弛有度,营造了良好的课堂气氛,不断改进,促进个人成长。 This demonstration course was presented by 7 young teachers who joined the company in 2019. The 7 teachers carefully studied the textbooks before class and carefully prepared the lessons. They did a good job in the choice of topics, the arrangement of teaching links, and the flexible use of teaching methods. Preparation, and repeated the lessons in a pair of master and apprentice mode, controlling the degree of classroom relaxation, creating a good classroom atmosphere, continuous improvement, and promoting personal growth. Each demonstration class mobilized students' enthusiasm for active learning and active participation to varying degrees, and was well received by the teachers.

After the lecture, the director of the subject organized an interactive assessment of the lecturers.
